helper for quickly create app template

usage:

zfobj<ZFAppEntry>()->start();

what it does:

1. resolve ZFAppEntry::res and ZFAppEntry::resPack immediately
2. notify ZFAppEntry::E_OnLoadState
3. load ZFState
4. notify ZFAppEntry::E_OnLoadRes
5. load ZFAppLangLoad
6. load ZFAppSkinLoad
7. notify ZFAppEntry::E_OnLoadEntry
8. load main entry, by this order, all of them can return zftrue to prevent further load task of this group:
   1. res!!debug.lua
   2. res!!zf.lua
   3. res!!main.lua
9. notify ZFAppEntry::E_OnLoadStop

all of load event's param0 is a zfwrap that impl can set to ZFTask to perform additional load task
